I've only been working with their service department; Jason has been great, friendly and very upfront about delays and why they are not fond of Forest River / Coachmen warranty service (FR/C only pays a low shop rate and lowballs estimates; e.g. for realigning a back hatch on a toy hauler showing daylight past the seals, FR/C said 2 hours, with no procedure given for accurately aligning of about a 7' x 8'? hatch held up by powerful springs that could take a finger off).

Only issue is losing track of calling back, and being optimistic about when he can get parts, for low-paid warranty service work in the chaotic environment of a service department.

Great family owned dealership. No pressure, Leo is very knowledgeable and helpful. Bonus: low sales tax! Felt good to support a locally owned, independent business. Very happy with our purchase and transaction.

I needed the broken toilet on my 2017 PleasureWay RV replaced with a new one. Clearview RV did this quickly and with no fuss. All the staff were friendly. The price was completely reasonable and much more realistic than Camping World which seems to have "gotten to big for their britches" so to speak. I totally recommend Clearview RV.

Kindest most thorough owner Ive ever met or worked with in the RV business. Has taken time to explain all facets of RV, never cuts corners, never over sells, and takes the time to fix things once. Its stressful to own an old RV- seems like something goes wrong all the time. But Clearview RV can fix anything! Also takes the time to make the fixes look right. We were up from Norcal visiting our kids in Kirkland, and had the idler arm of the awning break during a rain storm on our Lance 1985. We called the dealer in California, and they said Lance would only sell us the complete awning and arms, to the tune of about $6K. We talked to the parts person at Clearview, and they were able to order ONLY the parts we needed, AND get them drop shipped to our house. Total cost, including freight and tax, $900. For taking the time to help us get ONLY what we needed, and the thoughfulness of working with us to get it delivered to our home....can't say how grateful we are for their help. Fine folks, great service.

We bought our camper from them. They have been super awesome. I can't say enough good things about them. I've had some other friends have some repairs done by them and they said that it may not have been cheap, but it was done right and done better than it came from the factory. I would not hesitate to recommend them to any of my friends and family.

I want to take the time to give a very positive shout out to Clearview RV, and the people who we've worked with there so far. My wife and I recently purchased a 2021 Lance 2185 Travel Trailer at this wonderful dealership, and we are newbies. Our experience with Tim in Sales from the very beginning was just excellent, and he really takes the time to answer all your questions. He is very knowledgeable, and has a non-pressure approach to Sales which we loved. I've called Tim many times after the purchase with questions about the trailer, and he always takes the time to answer them. We've also had the pleasure of working with Leo and Dennis in Service, and they are both just fantastic. Dennis always takes the time to answer my questions and Leo took the time to not only answer questions, but also made some quick minor repairs to the trailer with very short notice, and was so pleasant to work with. Wes in Sales has also been very helpful, and got us out of a bind over the phone when we got the trailer home for the first time and needed help unhitching on a slope. To sum this up, we couldn't have asked for a better Dealership to buy our travel trailer from, and we look forward to working with them for many years to come! Thanks everyone!

I bought my first Travel Trailer from Clearview RV during the Covid social distancing time. Tim the salesman was helpful and responsive. We were able to do all the initial paperwork through email which was nice. The trailer was purchased and on day of delivery everything went good. During the actual signing of papers, Wes was very helpful answering questions about insurance and licensing, and Rob introduced me to all the things I would need to know. Both was very professional and dealt very well with my many questions. As I pulled out with my new trailer everything was set up correctly and it was easy to adjust to pulling the trailer. I went on my first outing 2 weeks later. Everything went well. I had to reference the manuals once, but quickly got the hot water going. My many thanks to the team at Clearview RV.

A job well done and appreciated! While on our trip we discovered that our refrigerator would not operate on propane, electric worked just fine. All of the other gas appliances worked. Not a big deal but we were going to need it to work on propane later in our trip. We checked with a dealer in Oregon but they were "too busy" to even look at it. When we arrived in Washington I called Clearview RV in Snohomish. I spoke with Don in service a few times to try to figure out what was wrong, but no luck. I asked if we could bring it there to get fixed. he said they were busy but to bring it by and they would take a look at it. He fixed it and the refrigerator door latch. Not only that, he let us keep it there while we had to make a quick trip back home.

We didn't buy our trailer from them, we live in Arizona, but they serviced it for us. All though they were busy they made time for us. You hear stories that's not always the case. Thanks Don and Leo!

I was in the mountain near Leavenworth. Around 20 degrees for a few days. I spoke to a few people in the campground and we were the only ones that didn't have our water freeze. Lance is definitely well insulated!

Met Wes's at the store a few months ago. Met him again at the Seattle RV show while I was shopping for a birthday present. Bought one from him. Went to pick up my camper yesterday evening, and everything was perfect (paperwork, camper, layout)! Friendly crew and staff, nice store, and good location.
